Who will be transporting my vehicle?
Good question! American Car Transport has access to hundreds of different vehicle transporters. Each vehicle transport company is required to supply us with a copy of current insurance and a copy of their authority. We require this information before they can haul a load for any of our customers. Since we can't guarantee each auto transporter's insurance is still in effect, we strongly recommend calling the auto transporter's insurance agency to verify coverage before releasing your vehicle!
Are there any other fees?
The quote you receive is for the transport of an operational vehicle. The quote is all inclusive. There are no additional fees. If your vehicle is not in running condition you need to make American Car Transport aware of this; there will be added fees depending on the size and weight of the vehicle you are transporting. The reason for this is because it requires a specially equipped truck to transport vehicles that do not run. The average additional transport charge is $100.00.car

Can I pack my car?
Not recommended. The auto transporter's insurance only covers the vehicle itself, not the contents of it. We do not recommend packing anything in the vehicle.
